We hired Oakform to design and build a laneway home on our property, and honestly, the experience was night and day compared to building our main house years ago. All I can say is I wish we knew them back then. We were quite selective about who we chose as our contractor given our past experience, and they handled everything from design and permits to construction with total professionalism and zero stress on our end.
One thing that really mattered to us was making sure the laneway didn’t look like a disconnected add on. Oakform completely got that. They matched the style and aesthetic perfectly.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share our experience with Oakform. They built our custom home out in Langley, and I have to say, from the very beginning right through to the final walkthrough, everything was handled with a level of professionalism that’s hard to come by with contractors. They did exactly what they said they would, which in my experience is, unfortunately, increasingly rare nowadays.
It’s been about 18 months since we moved in now, and we still find ourselves commenting on how well everything turned out. The house feels solid, comfortable, and exactly as we envisioned it. We’re very pleased with the result and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Oakform to anyone looking to build.

My husband and I recently completed a major renovation with Oakform, and we honestly can’t say enough good things about the experience. The design process was incredibly smooth and really fun!
What made the biggest difference for us was being able to see exactly what the space would look like in 3D before we started the renovation. That made all the difference. It took so much of the guesswork out of the process and helped us feel confident in our decisions. They were so patient and collaborative, and always listed to our ideas while helping add that professional touch.
